                   A RESOLUTION FIXING THE DATE OF A PUBLIC
                   HEARING ON GOLDEN GATEWAY URBAN RENEWAL
                   PROJECT NO. TN. R-10.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 WHEREAS, The Chattanooga Housing Authority has advised
       the City Council of the City of Chattanooga that the Urban 
Renewal
       Project No. TN. R-10, of the City of Chattanooga, has reached the 

       stage of development wherein it is necessary and proper to hold a 

       public hearing regarding amendment or modification of same, and
       has requested the City Council to hold such hearing;
       	    	 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
       THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the date and place for
       the public hearing on the above-captioned Project is hereby fixed 

       on May 28, 1991, at 6:00 p.m. at the City Council Assembly Room,
       City Hall in the City of Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee; 

       and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the City
       Council is hereby directed to make publication of notice of said
       meeting.
